This tool is used to round of your wire after it has been cut. Also called 'bur cup'. Simply place the wire end in the cup and turn the wire-rounderer-tool round until the edge has been rounded and smoothed off. The hardwood handle holds a 1.8mm cup bur in a brass ferrule.
