This borax cone is used for soldering precious and non-precious metals. Used in order to remove the oxidized metal from the surface to be soldered. Pour a small amount of water into a unglazed ceramic dish and grind the bar with a small amount of pressure to form your paste. Simply brush the paste onto your join using a Flux Brush along with your required solder. Comes in 4 oz (113.4 g.).
